Accessibility is not a feature we add later; it is the reason we built IERE RIDE. A mobility platform that serves Trinidad and Tobago must serve everyone in Trinidad and Tobago. IERE RIDE is committed to making the platform accessible during active development and will continue to improve accessibility features over time.

Set preferences before pickup with IERE Vibe and communicate your needs to your driver. Platform accessibility features are under active development.
IERE Vibe — Accessibility Note
The planned IERE Vibe feature will include an Accessibility Note option allowing riders to communicate specific needs before pickup — such as extra time for boarding, folding wheelchair storage, or driver assistance. Feature availability is subject to testing and public release.
Platform Accessibility Goals
IERE RIDE is committed to keyboard navigation support, readable colour contrast, clear form labels, and screen-reader compatibility as the platform develops. These features have not yet undergone a formal accessibility audit.
Service Animals Welcome
Service animals are welcome on every IERE RIDE. Our service animal policy is under active development and will be published in full before public launch.
Report a Barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the IERE RIDE platform, contact accessibility@iereride.com. We review every report and will continue to improve accessibility as the platform develops.
Our Accessibility Commitment
IERE RIDE is committed to making the platform accessible. Our development goals include: keyboard navigation support, readable colour contrast, screen-reader compatibility, clear form labels and error messaging, and accessible booking flows. We welcome service animals on every ride. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact accessibility@iereride.com. IERE RIDE has not yet undergone a formal accessibility audit and does not claim full compliance with any specific standard. We will continue to improve as the platform develops.
