CULTURALLY CONNECTED IERE RIDE celebrates Caribbean culture, identity and community. Promotions and campaigns may recognise Carnival, Independence Day, Emancipation Day, Divali, Eid and other national and cultural events. Every offer remains subject to eligibility, availability and published promotion terms. COMMUNITY-FOCUSED TRANSPORTATION Local Drivers understand the roads, neighbourhoods, events, traffic patterns and transportation challenges of their communities. IERE RIDE aims to strengthen that local knowledge through responsible Driver onboarding, service-area management, community reporting and Driver support. Drivers are never required to operate in an area where they feel unsafe. DRIVER-CENTRED APPROACH Drivers are essential to IERE RIDE. Our planned standard model provides: 90% Driver share, 10% IERE platform commission, zero platform commission on an eligible founding Driver's first qualifying completed trip, Driver rewards and service recognition, lost-item return incentives where available, transparent earnings, receipts and commission records, and capability and service-category opportunities. Driver earnings are not guaranteed and remain subject to completed trips, adjustments, promotions, refunds, disputes and platform terms. RIDER BENEFITS Eligible riders may receive: Founding Rider promotions, Rider Miles, referral rewards, holiday and event offers, IERE Ride Credit, digital receipts, Payment History, upfront TT$ fare estimates, optional USD fare estimates for visitors, and Safety Hub and trip-sharing tools. Pre-registration does not guarantee access to a promotion, service area or ride category. TECHNOLOGY MEETS TRADITION IERE RIDE combines modern transportation technology with Caribbean identity. The platform is being developed to support: GPS pickup and destination selection, live Driver request alerts, TT$ fare estimates, optional USD estimates for tourists, cash payments, Ride Credit, digital receipts, Driver earnings and commission records, Rider and Driver ratings, Ride Handshake, trusted-contact sharing, community road reports, verification workflows, and support and incident reporting. Feature availability may vary during launch and testing.

Crime and violence restrict movement, weaken communities and force people to live with fear. IERE RIDE stands against violence, intimidation, harassment, exploitation and the misuse of transportation to harm others. Our role is not to replace law enforcement or emergency services. Our responsibility is to build stronger verification, clearer trip information, communication and accountability around the ride. Driver and vehicle verification. Ride Handshake pickup confirmation. Visible trip and vehicle details. Route and trip awareness. Trusted-contact trip sharing. Rider and Driver communication. Ratings and accountability. Incident reporting and support records. Every verified identity, confirmed pickup and properly recorded trip helps build a culture where accountability moves as quickly as the ride. PEACE SHOULD NOT STAND STILL. IT SHOULD MOVE THROUGH EVERY COMMUNITY. IERE RIDE safety tools support verification, awareness, communication and incident reporting. They cannot guarantee that an incident will be detected or prevented. IERE RIDE is not an emergency service, and emergency services are not automatically contacted unless a supported feature clearly states otherwise.
