IERE RIDE TERMS OF SERVICE
IERE RIDE is currently in a pre-launch and pre-registration phase. Public ride booking is not yet available. These Terms of Service apply to the IERE RIDE website, pre-registration forms, driver applications and any future services. By accessing this website or submitting pre-registration information, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information.
Who may use IERE RIDE
Rider pre-registration is open to individuals in Trinidad and Tobago who meet any applicable age and legal capacity requirements. Driver applications are open to individuals who hold a valid Trinidad and Tobago driver's permit, meet vehicle and insurance requirements and complete the required onboarding and verification process. IERE RIDE may refuse or limit pre-registration or applications at its discretion. Pre-registration records your interest. It does not create an IERE RIDE account. Account creation will be available through the official IERE RIDE app when publicly released. You are responsible for providing accurate information during pre-registration and for keeping your future account credentials secure.
Rider and driver expectations
Riders are expected to provide accurate pickup and destination information, treat drivers and vehicles with respect, comply with safety features including Ride Handshake verification, and not engage in prohibited conduct including harassment, vandalism or unlawful activity. Drivers are expected to maintain valid licences, insurance and vehicle documentation, complete the IERE RIDE onboarding and verification process, treat riders with respect, comply with safety features and platform policies, and not engage in prohibited conduct. Drivers must not operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Riders must not consume alcohol or drugs in the vehicle.
Launch offers, fares and driver commission
FOUNDING RIDER FIRST RIDE FREE OFFER: Eligible founding riders may receive their first qualifying ride free, subject to launch eligibility, availability and promotional terms. The offer becomes redeemable when IERE RIDE public booking opens. Pre-registration does not guarantee offer eligibility. FOUNDING DRIVER OFFER: Eligible founding drivers may receive zero IERE commission on their first qualifying completed trip. Standard platform commission terms may apply thereafter. Under standard commission terms, IERE RIDE retains a 10% platform share and the driver keeps 90% of the fare. Launch offers may be modified, suspended or withdrawn by IERE RIDE at any time. Offer eligibility is determined by IERE RIDE in its discretion. Fares for rides are displayed as transparent TT$ estimates before booking confirmation where available. Cancellation policies will be communicated before ride confirmation when the booking service becomes available.
Service availability and technology
IERE RIDE is in a pre-launch phase. Public ride booking is not yet available. Service availability, features and coverage areas will be communicated when the platform becomes publicly available. IERE RIDE does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or pre-registration forms. Technology interruptions, maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service. IERE RIDE may suspend or terminate access to pre-registration, applications or future services for breach of these terms, misuse or conduct that may harm the platform, other users or the public.
Limitation, governing law and changes
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IERE RIDE provides the website and pre-registration services on an as-is basis. IERE RIDE makes no warranties regarding the website, pre-registration forms or future services beyond those expressly stated in these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
