Delete your IERE RIDE account and associated data

IERE RIDE is operated by Iere Ride Ltd, trading as IERE RIDE, Trinidad and Tobago. If you would like to delete your IERE RIDE account, you can submit a deletion request using the form below. You can also email support@iereride.com.

INFORMATION REQUESTED

• Full name • Email address associated with your IERE RIDE account • Phone number associated with your account, if applicable • Rider or Driver account • Confirmation that you want your account deleted

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A REQUEST

After we verify the request, IERE RIDE will delete the account and associated personal data unless certain records must be retained for legitimate legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, safety, accounting, dispute-resolution or security purposes. Any retained information will only be kept for the required purpose and retention period. Temporary account suspension or deactivation is not treated as account deletion.
