Information We Collect
Depending on how a user interacts with IERE RIDE and the features available to that user, information processed through the platform may include: Account and Profile Information: Name, email address, telephone number, profile information, profile photograph where provided, account type (such as rider or driver), and authentication and account information. Location Information: IERE RIDE is a transportation and mobility platform. Location information is necessary for core ride-hailing functionality. Depending on permissions granted by the user and the functionality being used, IERE RIDE may process approximate location and precise GPS location. Background location may be used for driver online availability, pickup, assigned and active trips, navigation, trip progress and safety, where enabled, and only to the extent required for the relevant role-based feature and permissions granted by the user. Location information may be used to identify pickup and destination locations, match riders with available drivers, provide navigation and routing, calculate or estimate journeys, display applicable driver or ride progress, provide estimated arrival information, support safety and security features, investigate reported trip or safety incidents, and prevent fraud and misuse. IERE RIDE does not use precise device location solely for advertising purposes. Location permissions should only be requested to the extent necessary for the relevant IERE RIDE feature. Camera and Photo/Media Access: Where enabled and where required for a supported feature, IERE RIDE may request access to the device camera and photo/media library to capture or select profile photographs, driver or vehicle documents, and live identity selfies for verification. Access is limited to the specific supported feature and the permissions granted by the user. Notification Tokens and Operational Alerts: IERE RIDE may process notification tokens and send operational alerts related to ride requests, trip status, safety notifications and account updates, where notifications are enabled by the user. Biometric Authentication: Where a supported login or verification feature is enabled by the operating system or device, users may have the option to use biometric authentication. IERE RIDE does not collect or store biometric templates; biometric data is handled by the device or platform, and only an authentication result is used. Ride and Transaction Information: ride requests, pickup and destination information, ride status, driver/rider matching information, trip history, fare information, tips where applicable, payment or transaction records, rewards or loyalty activity, and ratings and reviews. Driver Information: Drivers may be required to provide additional information necessary for eligibility, onboarding, safety and platform operations, including driver identification information, driver's permit/licence information, vehicle information, vehicle registration information, insurance information, driver and vehicle photographs, verification documents, driver ratings, and driver activity and trip information. Payment Information: Where payments are supported, IERE RIDE and/or authorised payment providers may process information necessary to facilitate transactions. IERE RIDE should not intentionally store complete payment-card credentials when payment information is processed directly by an authorised payment processor. Communications: We may process communications associated with customer support, driver support, safety reports, complaints, ride-related communications, contact forms, notifications, and account communications. Device and Technical Information: Depending on the services and technologies used, technical information may include device information, operating system information, application version, device or application identifiers, IP address, diagnostic information, crash information, security and fraud-prevention information, and notification tokens.

Background location, where enabled, is limited to role-based features such as driver online availability and pickup for assigned or active trips, and is handled in accordance with applicable platform requirements.

These may include: authentication controls; access controls; encrypted network communications; restricted administrative access; cloud security controls; and monitoring and fraud-prevention measures. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
IERE RIDE retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate operational, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and legal requirements. Retention periods may differ according to the type of information and applicable obligations. Where information must be retained after an account-deletion request for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes, access will be limited to those purposes and the information will be deleted or anonymised when continued retention is no longer required.
Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their IERE RIDE account and associated personal data. Account deletion must not merely deactivate or freeze an account. Users can initiate an account-deletion request through the account/profile settings within the IERE RIDE application where available. Depending on applicable law, users may have rights relating to their personal information, including requesting: access; correction; deletion; and information about processing. Users can contact: info@iereride.com. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling certain privacy requests in order to protect the account and personal information.
Children
IERE RIDE's general ride-hailing service is not intended to enable children to independently create or operate standard rider or driver accounts where prohibited by applicable law. Any future service specifically involving minors, families or supervised transportation will be subject to appropriate safeguards, permissions, consent requirements and applicable laws and platform policies before being made available.
Safety and Fraud Prevention
IERE RIDE is committed to promoting a safe and trustworthy platform for riders and drivers. Information may be used to maintain platform safety, detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised activity, investigate safety or conduct incidents, verify accounts, and protect riders, drivers, staff and the public. IERE RIDE may use automated tools, including verification aids and fraud-prevention measures, to help identify suspicious or harmful activity, and a human IERE reviewer makes the final call on driver approval. Where required for a serious safety concern or by applicable law, limited information may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities.
International Processing
IERE RIDE is based in Trinidad and Tobago. Information may be processed, stored or accessed from locations outside the country of collection by IERE RIDE or its service providers, including through cloud infrastructure providers. When information is processed internationally, IERE RIDE seeks to apply safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and applicable legal requirements. By using the IERE RIDE platform, users understand that their information may be processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than those of their country of residence.
