Cash, Ride Credit and Card Payments — What You Need to Know
IERE RIDE accepts cash payments, IERE Ride Credit, and will introduce card payments after secure processing and testing is complete. This page explains the available payment methods, how receipts work, and our payment safety commitments.
Transparent TT$ payments. No surprises.
Choose the payment method that works for you. Cash is accepted now. Card payments will follow after secure processing and testing is complete.

Cash Payments
Cash is accepted for qualifying rides. Drivers confirm when cash is received at trip completion, and completed trips generate an IERE RIDE receipt. TT$ fare estimates are shown before you confirm — what you see is what you pay.

IERE Ride Credit
Eligible promotions, refunds, referrals and Rider Miles redemptions may provide Ride Credit. Ride Credit is not cash and remains subject to programme rules. 100 Rider Miles = TT$10 ride credit under the planned model.

Card Payments
Card payments will be activated only after secure merchant processing, authentication, settlement and refund systems complete testing and approval. Card payments are not currently available during the pre-launch testing period.

Receipts and Refunds
Digital trip receipts are generated for completed trips. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@iereride.com for payment disputes or refund questions.
