IERE RIDE DRIVER VERIFICATION. Use the IERE RIDE Verification Hub to understand current application stages and prepare information that may be requested during onboarding. Driver onboarding covers identity, licence, vehicle and supporting information checks. Final approval is always a human IERE decision. H-CLASSIFIED TAXI VEHICLES ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTED FOR THE IERE RIDE FOUNDING DRIVER PROGRAMME. IERE RIDE is not currently onboarding H-classified taxi vehicles under the founding driver programme. Vehicle classification, insurance and onboarding requirements remain subject to verification. VEHICLE CLASSIFICATION AND INSURANCE REVIEW MAY BE REQUIRED. Final driver approval remains subject to IERE RIDE review. LAUNCH ACCESS INFORMATION IS PLANNED FOR 13 AUGUST 2026. APPLICATIONS MAY REQUIRE HUMAN REVIEW
IDENTITY — Ensure application information is accurate and current. DRIVER LICENCE — Prepare current licence information and clear images when requested. VEHICLE — Prepare vehicle and registration information including year, make, model, colour, registration plate, and vehicle classification. DOCUMENTS — National ID or passport, certified copy of vehicle ownership or registration, and motor insurance evidence. VEHICLE PHOTOS — Front exterior, rear exterior, driver side, passenger side, dashboard and odometer area, front interior, and rear passenger interior may be required. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION — IERE RIDE may request other relevant driver or vehicle information. DOCUMENT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED AS PART OF THE DRIVER VERIFICATION PROCESS. 2. AI Onboarding Chat
Welcome to the IERE Verification Hub. I'll guide you through driver pre-registration, required information and document pre-screening.
3. Upload Required Documents
Driver permit, transport documentation, vehicle registration, insurance, profile safety selfie, and other required compliance documents.
4. Automated Document Pre-Screen
Document received and pre-screening in progress. AI reviews your documents to identify missing or unclear information.
5. Missing or Unclear Document Check
Status: requires more information. You will be notified if any documents need to be resubmitted or clarified before human review.
6. Human Compliance Audit
An IERE compliance reviewer audits your application, confirms document consistency and reviews your safety profile. Human review required.
7. Live Video Interaction
Approved-stage applicants may be invited to a live video onboarding interaction for brand conduct and communication review.
8. Final IERE Approval or Rejection
Approved by IERE Review. Final approval requires human IERE review. You will be notified of the decision.
SECURE IERE DOCUMENT ONBOARDING
Required documents: National ID or Passport, Trinidad and Tobago Driver's Permit or Licence, Certified Copy of Vehicle Ownership or Registration, Motor Insurance Evidence. Document submission instructions will be provided as part of the driver verification process. Do not email passport, national ID or driver's permit files to a general unsecured contact address unless instructed through the secure verification process.
