IERE RIDE driver verification covers identity, licence, vehicle and supporting information checks. Applications move through 6 stages from submission to final decision. Automated tools assist with document checks. Final platform approval is always a human IERE decision.
DRIVER VERIFICATION — 6 STAGES FROM APPLICATION TO DECISION
Automated tools assist with document completeness. Final platform approval requires authorised human IERE review. No single step guarantees approval.
1. Application Submitted
Begin with personal details, contact information, and driver credentials. Your application enters the IERE RIDE verification queue.
2. Documents Uploaded
Submit required documents through the secure IERE RIDE platform when requested. Documents are checked for completeness.
3. Automated Completeness Check
Automated tools help identify missing, unclear or inconsistent application information. This step supports human review by flagging potential issues.
4. Human Review
An authorised IERE reviewer audits your application, confirms document consistency and reviews your safety profile. Human review is required.
5. Additional Information Requested
You will be notified if documents need to be resubmitted, clarified or if further information is required before a final decision.
6. Final Decision
Final driver approval requires authorised human IERE review. Automated tools assist but platform approval is always a human decision. You will be notified.
SECURE IERE DOCUMENT ONBOARDING
Required documents: National ID or Passport, Trinidad and Tobago Driver's Permit or Licence, Certified Copy of Vehicle Ownership or Registration, Motor Insurance Evidence. Document submission instructions will be provided as part of the driver verification process. Do not email passport, national ID or driver's permit files to a general unsecured contact address unless instructed through the secure verification process.
